Application to request the annexation of land by the Imperial Government of Lehmark as a new Province. Annexation does not alter the ownership of the Annexed Land, an official claim of sovereignty is made to the Land by the Imperial Government and confirmed via Treaty with the Applicant.

Crown Colony Application Form (CCAF-001)
Crown Colonies, as specified in Imperial Decree 00010 - On Crown Colonies, are Territorial Units of the Empire of Lehmark. While they form an extension of the Imperial Crown, they are not directly governed by the Imperial Government. These colonies enjoy substantial internal autonomy and are overseen by a Viceroy who governs and can enact laws with the support of a Governing Council.

This Form can be used by Citizens and Members of the Imperial Government to Report an employment gap which is to be filled by the Minister of Personnel.

This Form is used by Captains or Governors of Provinces to request approval for a Development Project from the Minister of Law.

Provincial Governance Report Form (PGRF-001)
Captains and Governors of the Provinces of Lehmark must provide monthly Reports to the Minister of Law regarding the governance and status of their overseen Province.

Captains and Governors of the Provinces of Lehmark must Notify the Minister of Law regarding all civil and criminal judgements.

Registration of Birth Form (ROBF-001)
Following the processing of this Form a Citizenship Certificate with the Baby's name, date of birth and Unique Citizen Identification Number will be emailed to the email address collected by this Form. The Baby will be allocated to the Mother's Province.
